A human and professional adventure at the heart of mediation

When I joined the Federal Mediation Commission, I discovered much more than an institution: I became part of a team that is deeply human, committed and resolutely focused on dialogue.

During my time as a communication specialist, I was fortunate to take part in a number of meaningful projects — from enhancing the status of mediation to organizing unifying events, writing institutional contents and coordinating internal and external communications.

But what struck me most was the atmosphere within the FMC: a welcoming, enthusiastic and creative team, where everyone puts their energy into a common mission: to promote mediation. Exchanges are fluid, ideas circulate freely and everyone's commitment brings practical, useful and inspiring projects to life.

I was able to put my skills to good use, but also to learn, grow and, above all, share great moments with passionate colleagues. For me, the FMC embodies a lively, responsive institution that combines rigour with conviviality.

I am leaving with a deep sense of gratitude for this experience, and with the certainty that mediation, supported by such committed people, has a bright future ahead of it!
