About the Federal Mediation Commission

Would you like to become an accredited mediator?
- An accredited mediator has legal accreditation, which offers numerous advantages:
- Only a recognised mediator can have a mediation agreement approved by a court, making it legally binding.
- Accredited mediators must adhere to a strict code of professional ethics, ensuring trust and professionalism in their practice.
- A mediator accredited by the Federal Mediation Commission is listed in the official register of approved mediators, which is shared with courts, companies, and other organisations.
