Non-accessible content

Despite our efforts to make the website accessible, some content is currently not yet fully accessible.

The following accessibility issues have been identified:

Alternative texts for images

Some images do not yet have a correct alternative text or are not correctly identified as decorative images.

As a result, information contained in certain images may be difficult to access for people using screen readers.

Language settings of web pages

On some pages, the defined language of the web page does not fully correspond to the language of the content.

This may prevent assistive technologies, such as screen readers, from processing the content correctly.

Colour contrast

Some texts and visual elements do not yet fully meet the required contrast requirements.

This may make certain information less readable for people with visual impairments.

Proposed alternatives

If certain information on the website is not accessible, you can contact us. We will be happy to help you and look for a suitable alternative together.

Upon request, we can for example:

  • clarify or explain information;
  • provide information in another accessible format;
  • make information available in another way when the online version is not sufficiently accessible.

We aim to ensure that everyone has access to the information and services available through this website.

Improvement plan

We continuously work on improving the accessibility of our website. Based on the accessibility audit carried out, we have identified the following improvement actions:

Improving alternative texts

  • We review the images on the website and provide correct and descriptive alternative texts where necessary.
  • Decorative images are adjusted so that they are correctly recognised by assistive technologies.

Optimising language settings

  • We check the language settings of web pages and adapt them so that the defined language corresponds to the content of the page.
  • This allows screen readers and other assistive tools to process the content more accurately.

Improving colour contrast and readability

  • We analyse elements that do not meet the contrast requirements and adjust colours or styles where possible.
  • For future website updates, we take accessibility requirements regarding readability and contrast into account.

Including accessibility in future updates

  • When creating new pages, documents and functionalities, we take the applicable accessibility guidelines into account.
  • We aim to integrate accessibility structurally into the management and further development of the website.

The progress of these improvements is monitored and additional measures will be taken where necessary.
