The Brussels-North train station is 400 metres away.

What does not fall under the authority of the Federal Mediation Commission (often due to confusion in terminology or because other legislation applies):

  • We do not mediate ourselves, but we do support referrals to our accredited mediators.
  • Debt mediation.
  • Complaints about official institutions (handled by the Federal Ombudsman), such as the Pension Service.
  • Mediation with schools regarding exam results.
  • Issues related to legal documents.
